Fitness Programs Available In Chino

I’ve lost 25 pounds since starting in December. I feel lighter on my feet and have the energy to keep up with my littles. I may not look just like I did before I had kids but I feel strong and I like that more.

Slightly embarrassed to say but I couldn't do a sit up or a push up, now I can do full sets of them.

I like not having to plan my workouts — I go in, do the rotations and leave, it’s great. It’s also a huge bonus to have trainers that push you to work hard.

It means accountability. I know if I miss one of my usual days, my trainers notice and it makes me show up.

Hi My Name is Paola, I am 49 Years old and my husband and I started attending the gym 3 years ago. I have been struggling with weight for years. When I first started at The Fit Collective I weighed the most I have ever weighed in my life and I have 4 adult children.
