Up to 5 People, One Coach

Our semi private training sessions at Fit Collective put a max of 5 people with one coach. Small enough that your coach is watching how you move and adjusting as you go. Big enough that you are not training alone.

Most gyms hand you a program and hope for the best. Semi private is built the other way around. Your coach knows what you are working toward, what your body does not want to do yet, and what to change so you can train anyway.

That means modifications are part of the plan, not an afterthought. A shoulder that does not like overhead pressing gets a different movement, not a shrug and a "do what you can." Coming back after a long time away gets a different starting point than someone who lifted through college.

Semi Private Personal Training

What You Get

  • A coach watching your reps, not the room
  • Programming built for your body, not a template the whole class shares
  • A different movement when your shoulder says no, every time
  • Strength you can measure session to session
  • The things you stopped doing because of pain, back on the table
  • Someone who notices when you fall off and helps you back

Who Semi Private Is For

  • You want coaching, not just a place to work out
  • You have something that needs working around: an old injury, a bad knee, a shoulder that complains
  • You are coming back to training after time away and want to start correctly
  • You want to get stronger for the next twenty years, not the next eight weeks
  • You have tried training on your own and it did not stick
  • You want a coach who learns your name in the first week
  • You want the attention of a personal trainer without the cost of one-on-one sessions

If you are nervous about walking into a gym, this is the program built for that. Nobody here is going to leave you in a corner to figure it out.

"Most people dread going to the gym but I actually look forward to it. Everyone there from Cara and John to all the coaches and all the members are so welcoming and positive. The semi private training is tailored to your individual needs and John gets more out of you than you thought you had."

Linda OBraitis, Google Review

What It Costs

Semi private memberships start at $75 per week and include two semi private sessions plus one group session.

The group session is intentional. Semi private is where you get the individual attention, the form work, and the programming built around you. Group is where you get the energy of a full room and the community that keeps people showing up for years. Most members want both, so both are in.

New to Fit Collective? 2 weeks for $97, includes 4 sessions. Work with a coach, learn the movements, and decide for yourself.

When you arrive, we greet you by name and introduce you to your coach. Your coach walks you through the workout, helps you pick weights, and adjusts anything that needs adjusting. You don't need to know what you're doing or worry about keeping up. We guide you through it.

Start With Two Weeks
